In order to get the interview you have to have experience within or recruited from a college campus. In my experience I was moved up from within, Although I have been with this company for sometime I was still required to have an interview amongst a panel of senior management. Luckily I was familiar from some because of my flexibility working in some of their stores. It was really difficult because there is no room for fluff because they can look up all numbers/percentages of growth in your career. It is very intense but you will always be prepared because within the store you have a pretty big selection of coaches to help you through.

It was 3 interviews, One on the phone and 2 over zoom. I dont recommend. 3 interviews unnecessary for a retail position. The 3rd interview being the worst one. I was asked a question and one of the ladies was on her phone the whole time. It was so rude and off putting. No wonder they are in hot water now. I'll never work this company.

The interview process consisted of 2 interviews. There was one virtual interview and the second was a meet and greet to discuss what the overall entailed. I was accepted this position through an internship. I do know external and internal promotes tend to be different and even more difficult.

Interview
Phone interview with HR recruiter, fairly standard management questions. Recruiter asked about my interest in the position/company, discussed my job history and qualifications, then they asked some situational questions. Interview ended with being able to ask her some questions and found out at this point that ETL's are expected to work 50 hours per week and the store they were intending to fill was a 45 minute drive away from me with no traffic (although to be fair they did say the store could location could change).
