I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Waterford, CT) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied online and a few days later got a voicemail speaking of my application and I called back but the manager was busy. It took me about a week to finally get someone to schedule an interview to which I was surprised it was a phone interview. The woman I spoke to was very nice and made me nerves lessen. The questions were pretty simple though I did have a little trouble coming up with answers and by the end I was informed I would get a call back to schedule an in person interview.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
