Did two interviews one on the phone one in person... Phone questions and in person question the same got offered job on the spot waiting on background tho..dnt know how long that will take but if you prepare you will pretty much excel at the interview

Why target? Availability. Name a weakness and strengths. And situational based questions.. They jus really want to know that u know what your doing. And are confident enough to doit on ur own.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
