You're going to receive multiple of interviews one is a phone call and the other is going to be a one on one interview. They're going to ask about your outside experience if you work at other jobs and what skills will you be able to contribute with the company.

It was a two-stage interview between the shift lead and one of the store managers. I was fairly nervous as it was my second job but they didn't ask anything too off the wall.

Online application was convenient and the interview process was straight forward and to the point. I was given harder than ordinary interview questions by the interview, which they disclosed afterwards, but that was because my interview was witnessed by a manager-in-training. As long as your interview does not include a manager-in-training witness, expect the interview process to be easy.
