I had Two different interviews that were more focused on describing different customer service situations or scenarios. These were typical retail job interview questions and both interviews were able to be conducted in the same day.

Straight forward with traditional interview questions. Target has a way of making you feel super welcome and welcomes you being yourself. Positive experience and I worked for the company for many years.
