Interview
I applied online(which included a long skills assessment), and was called within a day or two for an interview(I applied for multiple positions) they asked me which position I'd most like to apply for. I have 3 interviews in one day, one with manager for cashiers, one with the Guest Service Manager, and one with the HR coordinator. And I had to watch an interview between one of the interviews and answer questions based on what the video was trying to convey.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here? Are you comfortable promoting our Credit/Debit card? Give an example when you worked as a team. Are you comfortable with hearing "No" alot. What does good customer service mean to you
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
