I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Clovis, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
Online interview with an automated system, I never spoke with a person. Basically a machine speaks back to me and I record my response in return. This gave me opportunities to re-record my responses.

Question 1
What situation can you think about where you had to use problem solving?
Easy, it was a video call with multiple chances to re-record. I accidentally submitted a video of me stumbling over my words and pausing and still had no problem. The interview probably took me around 15 minutes to do.

Question 1
How have I dealt with a difficult situation in the workplace
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Lincoln, NE) in May 2022
Interview
There was an online interviewing section- no face-to-face contact with the people hiring you. Then once you are hired you're guessing who you are going to answer to. With the turn over rate being as bad as it was at the location I was at, I answered to several different people and not one of them communicated with eachother.

Question 1
How would you dress one of our mannequins for winter?
Relatively easy. Your usual “tell me about yourself” and “name a time you had to overcome adversity” speech. Pretty much what you would imagine as your standard interview. Nothing out of the ordinary or off.
