      Business Analyst Interview

      Apr 5, 2011
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Minneapolis, MN
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2010

      Interview

Applied through my college and had an interview 3 weeks later on campus. It was a straightforward interview with 4 behavioral questions and why I want to work there. I was contacted about a week later and was told I had advanced to the next/final round. I went to headquarters for the all day event, which included a presentation on Target and the Twin Cities, a job shadow, lunch with a manager, 2 1:1 interviews, building tour, and happy hour event. The whole day was very well planned and organized. I was there with about 40 other candidates from around the country. The 2 1:1 interviews are with higher ups in their big corner offices and again include 4 behavioral questions. Overall, it was a great experience and a lot of fun.
