Interview
I went in & was interviewed by a friendly lady. She told me that the interview process was very laid back. She then went over my availability & gave me certain scenarios & asked what I would do. This took about 20 minutes. She then directed me to a lady in HR who gave me a paper with my starting wages & what position I would be. She told me that they would call when my background check came back (there was no drug test. They only drug test those applying for AP & Pharmacy) to schedule orientation. So now I'm just waiting for the call!
It was a two-stage interview between the shift lead and one of the store managers. I was fairly nervous as it was my second job but they didn't ask anything too off the wall.

Online application was convenient and the interview process was straight forward and to the point. I was given harder than ordinary interview questions by the interview, which they disclosed afterwards, but that was because my interview was witnessed by a manager-in-training. As long as your interview does not include a manager-in-training witness, expect the interview process to be easy.
