Online, pre-recorded questions. Get three attempts at recording and submitting your video answer. Really laid back and questions are relevant to job title. Also ask about how you would multi-task and prioritize.

Virtual interview with 5 questions, you record and submit. You can pause and redo an individual response up to 3 times. The in-person interview they called me in for repeated the exact same questions.
