the interview process was for the most part straight forward and simple. It is in line with many other interviews in that questions were pretty generic. Mostly focused on strengths, weakness, conflict resolution and contributions you would make to the company.
Video interview followed by a phone interview (a conversation). Not everyone has to do the phone one, depends on the manager that watched your video. They are pretty friendly in person. The actual first interview was through an AI powered software.
