I had to multiple different interviews. The first one was on the phone and then I went into the store to interview with two other people. Then I had to wait a couple days to get my job offer.
Fill out application. Add resume. Have video interview. Pretty straightforward. They allow time to practice a few times before you submit, which helps if you get nervous easily. The option to not see yourself while answering helped me.
Super easy it consists of a couple of questions and you record yourself answering them. So I would say it was pretty easy I would recommend it. I would also say that they tend to respond very quick to applications but I guess it depends when they are short staff
