The HRBP asks about past HR experience and questions about working with a team. The 2nd interview is with the Human Resource Manager. Conducted a 20 min phone screening with the recruiter. Scheduled me to interview with on-site HR leadership the following week. The interview was about 40 mins long. They first talked about their role and the role I was interviewing for, then hopped into the standard interview questions. They asked about 4 questions total. Overall simple/standard experience.
