First I completed an online personality test, and then I submitted a video recording interview in which I answered prompts within the time allotted, then I got a phone call and an offer.

Describe how you have worked with another person to achieve a goal. Describe a situation, your actions, and the outcome.
Online application and in store interview to discuss retail/customer service experience. Having some previous restaurant experience was seen as a plus but definitely not necessary. Met with some of the other baristas to see if there was a good team vibe. Offer received same day.

How have you handled a customer who was displeased with your service?
Pretty straight forward. It is really like every interview at any big box store. They didn't ask anything particular. They mainly focused on if you could get to work on time and if you were available. They worked with anyone who was in school (hs or college)
