Interview

The entire Human Resources team is very helpful and outgoing. It was a really enjoyable experience, especially for a candidate like myself who did not have much job experience or work history at all. Working at Target was the best first job I could have asked for. They allowed me to develop interpersonal skills and earn an income throughout my high school days.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
