I was invited to interview through an online portal. It was just answering into the camera, not a one on one interview. Gave you time to prepare and the option to redo questions.
I was asked to come in to meet with the store manager and then met with the Starbucks manager on a later date. They hired me and I completed onboarding for a day before starting behind bar.
