applied online through Target’s careers website. About a week later, I got an email to schedule a phone interview. After that, I was invited to an in-person interview at the store.
Interview Process
The phone interview was short—maybe 15 minutes. The recruiter asked about my availability, previous work experience, and why I wanted to work at Target. A few days later, I went in for the in-person interview with an HR rep and then briefly met with a department manager.
