Target Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Easy. Interviewers are very nice and friendly. Very personable individuals. Ask about your strength and weaknesses and how you could benefit the company. Would like to know personal goals and team player.

A interview that asks very simple questions. The form was hard to find and customer service were very busy so I had to wait a while until i could receive a application form. Filled out the form and they told me they would call back in a few day but did not receive one. Had to call back in order for a interview date. The interviewer was polite and the process was very quick.
