The process wasted my time and have not experienced ghosting quite like it, especially from a Director in the business. I had an interview arranged, directly by the business (not via TA). The first one was cancelled on the day. I then managed to rearrange, only to be cancelled again. Then contact the Director 3 times to rearrange, to which I was ghosted every time. What a terrible experience, disappointed and a waste of time.

Interview
The initial phone screening was relatively simple, basic introduction of myself and questioned skills for the job and knowledge about the company.
Second interview is online interview with the regional head of department and the senior manager.
It was quite simple and relatively similar to the first stage of interview.
Most of the questions are about the day to day work and obviously the simple STAR based question.
A lot of back and forth the similar question regarding how one will fit into the job and company.
