Submit your resume. Answer a quantative and english ability test. The test is very basic. 10th grade mathematics and english knowledge required. After passing the test they screen candidates' resumes. The shortlisted candidates are interviewed. Sit for interview.

It was a good experience. The panelists were friendly. I was nervous at first but with the time i gained my confidence level. And yeah I am doing great here.
