I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tata Consultancy Services (Nāgpur, Maharashtra) in Nov 2024
Interview
Initially you'll need to give TCS-NQT, pool campus or off campus.
Depending on your performance in that test, it's relative selection so it's still possible to get prime selection if you aren't able to pass all test cases in certain scenarios. Aptitude is one of the aspects of NQT which should never be taken lightly, as both technical and aptitude cutoffs and scores affect your selection. You can check the sections in nqt exam for more clarity.
After clearing this you'll get interview mail stating your potential position (ninja, digital or prime). It's possible that a person appearing for an interview for prime is given an offer of ninja if underperformed.
You can expect 3 'fields' of interview (but effectively 2 interviews).
In my case I went through just one round of 2 panel interview with technical and behavioral interview, but general protocol is a 2 panel interview followed by an hr interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions related to content in my resume and then follow-up questions on topics and concepts within my projects and curriculum.
Behavioral questions which are framed in a way to assess your flexibility like what time do you sleep or wake up.
Generic questions like where do you see yourself in 5 years.
Interview experience varies greatly from panel to panel in technical questions.
The Interivew process is very good, they start with self intro and ask about my projects and college experienecs and any extra curicullar activities. Everything will be based on your self intro
They took all the round in day 1 but I get the offer after 1 month . Offer letter took little more than Expected . There were total 3 round including Project round.
