It consisted of 4 rounds - 1 telephonic that was basic based on the skills I mentioned in my resume, 2 was in person technical interview, 3 was managerial round that was a mix of technical and situational question, and finally the HR round was more on salary negotiation. The whole recruiting process had 4 rounds in total, 1st was screening round with aptitude,LR and coding questions. Based on screening you move to TR, then MR and HR.....I interviewed for VLSI job so TR was more of VLSI specific, MR was more of situations but I suggest be frank and tell what you really feel about those situations rather than bookish answers, and HR was easy with basic questions of why do you want to join and all that
