TCS came to our college in October,2014. The whole recruitment process was of 2 days. First day: 1.Company presentation 2. online test of 55 minutes.(10 min of formal email writing + 30 aptitude questions in 45 min) For Branch toppers there was only email writing test. After the test students were shortlisted for interviews on next day. Second day: Three rounds of interview and all of them were elimination rounds. 1.Technical interview. Mostly resume based questions were asked so nothing much difficult.Prepare your resume that's all. 2.Managerial round This round checks your extra-curricular skills apart from your academics performance.Interviewer will test your attitude towards life,your aim for the future etc. So it was little bit of hr round. 3.Hr round If you have reached this round consider yourself having 95% chance that you are selected.General HR questions like why TCS etc were asked. Process was very smooth and well managed.Those students who did not clear their tech interview or managerial round were told so that they don't waste their time waiting for further rounds. If you have appeared for all three rounds expect offer letter from TCS on that night itself or next day. I got my offer letter on the interview night itself.:) Best of luck....
