Managerial discussion is just the salary expectations and some behavioural questions, it was for me just 10-15 mins only. HR round in TCS is pretty much illogical, cause they first take all your rounds and then at the end they are not able to pay you that much which was promised at the time they called you initially. It was a waste of time and would like tata group to take this thing into consideration as at the end of the interview they are playing bad politics with candidates. I wasn't getting my desired expected salary, so obviously I have to drop them.
