The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Team One (El Segundo, CA) in Mar 2010
Interview
Applied online for the summer internship position. The online application included a "questionnaire" that consists of questions on in what ways you think social media affects the PR industry, why Team One should hire you etc.
At the day of the interview, Team One will assign you into different practice areas (e.g media, creative, account planning etc). I met with two SAEs in Media Planning. The interview itself consists of going through the specifics of my resume, related experience, and behavioral questions.
