Usually a Multi round interview process. First with clinic director, then with clinic director and mentor. Must fill out online testing prior to interview to determine work style. Sometimes you may be required to complete some general computer testing in the interview.

In person interview with clinic director. The clinic director goes through a set amount of questions given to them by a corporate entity. Many of the clinics will ask you the same questions especially if your going to multiple locations. Following interview candidates are usually asked to shadow physical therapists in the clinic to assess if they like the environment
