Interview
After applying on CareerBuilder I was sent an email, I replied to the email with the best times I could be reached over the phone. My (now) Manager called me and we had a phone interview for about 20 minutes or so, and then she asked what my availability would be to come and interview at the office. I scheduled the interview for the afternoon so I could leave my current position (I was contracted/working for a staffing company at the time) early that day. We met in person and it went well. About a week later I was asked to interview (in person in Knoxville TN--our Corporate Office) with the VP of HR. Due to circumstances I was unable to get to TN so we ended up having a Skype-type interview and it went well.

The interview process was fairly easy. Two phone interviews and an in person interview. The interview questions were pretty basic and after the in person interview, a job offer was made.
