Interview
It's a standard job interview. They ask you pretty basic questions and give you a general feel for the job. There was nothing out of the ordinary about it. There is a basic typing speed test and mandatory drug test upon a job offer. The reception area is nice and comfortable, and the staff is kind.

Interview with recruiter and manager process was easy basic questions regarding customer service and background in healthcare even though not necessary. Respond after a few days and onboarding is fairly simply
2 in-person interviews with management and a typing test. There was a phone interview before the in-person interview as well. Meeting with other team members, this was all before COVID. Interviews are now via zoom.
