Interview
There were be 3-4 rounds introduction round, Operations round, HR round etc. As I applied for domestic voice process so it was all about my personal and experience related questions. They also ask about your previous experience questions and reason for leaving etc. They will definitely judge you on your stability in company and how confident you are in case you are leaving your current job in short span.

2 rounds of interview where your skills, leadership style, working under pressure is tested, how to deliver bad news to the associates and coaching styles. Some questions from HR as well but those are basic ones.
Good interview with decent question with deep drive for Oops knowldge.
Second round was bit difficult and coding questions is bit trckey still you can get offer if you answar 50 percent question
Interviewer showed up almost 15 mins late, and rushed through questions. Interviewer left earlier due to having another interview to go to. No real competency based questions aside from one.
