They invite you for interview and then they won't interview you! they'll say the time of interview at 10:30 AM Sharp and then they start interview 1 P.M
sometimes just for formality they conduct an essay writing for 20 mins then they say we will call the shortlisted people. you can leave for the day! that's it. Maybe they just conduct JAM session, take 1-3 persons and eliminate them in second or third round!
If you are attending without reference, don't ever go for Tech Mahindra! They'll never ever interview you! Without reference they don't even see your face!
it has 3 rounds…first 2 are telephonic rounds and for the third one you have to visit the office. They focus on your communication skills and also take mock calls to check how well you can handle the customer queries by providing a solution or an alternative

The interview was conducted by a senior person who was very kind and polite. He asked me technical questions as well as behavioral aspects. He was trying to understand the overall personality.

Technical Interview - moderate question related to Tech stack required by project or mentioned in Resume. Once it is clear, Next round will be Manager Interview. This might be less Technical but can expect few Technical or scenario based questions followed by HR Interview at last
