The requirement was for automotive plastic interior exterior design engineer. The interview was carried out in two stages. Initially there was a tool test in which a plastic component was to be designed from the given style data, the part has to clear draft analysis and engineering features were to be designed. Once tool test get cleared, another technical round will be there where questions related to projects will be asked.
Hr will set up a call wrt our availability.
Interview will be taken by manager mostly. If not any senior engineer will take interview. After selection Hr round is there for negotiation.

It was good and easy. There were 3 rounds, first being an aptitude test followed by technical round and HR interview. First round is the difficult round and then it was easy in the second and third rounds.
