This was first an informal discussion over Skype and phone. This was to explain the mission, the job context, the objectives, the available resources and to understand if there was any interest from my side.
I then met in person the recruiting manager during a travel to a destination in common. We had another discussion, again not too formal.
We finalized the compensation discussion over Skype.
