Interview
I went for an interview with Tech M as a fresher in college campus. Interview process had 4 rounds :
1. Logical reasoning : It is the first step and a common one . however for Tech M its a speed test of covering 120 questions in 60 minutes
2. Written test : Its a test to evaluate business communication. its written.
3. Technical round : This is a F2F round completely technical and detailed.
4.HR round : We had GD and personal F2F where they tested communication strength .
Overall its a good process.
Easy simple and asked basic coding questions and some questions related to Java and oops and projects that I made few questions on sql and asked me to code a easy question

first round is MCQ, second and third rounds are technical and coding, final round is HR, need to answer 2 coding questions and 1 communication round also
