It was rigorous, but well organized, we did a typing speed test and speaking test, some critical thinking test which i felt was unnecessary, English pronunciation test was also carried out
3 round of imterview and they asked normal question about yourself and discuss salary hobbies an all also they asked about your family and previosu role if any .be confidant person in front of them

Interview
First round will be HR round and general questions will be asked about your qualifications and background.
Then general aptitude paper will be given to you then you are selected .But they told me to sign bond for 2 years, thats when i declined there offer.
