Interview
Campus recruitment in B-School. Started with aptitude test. Then there was a round of Group Discussion. Shortlisted candidates were given case study and asked to present their analysis. Those who were shortlisted went through 3 rounds for interview. One was group interview, many interviewers vs one candidate, then one on one business/technical interview and one HR round.

One of the best IT Companies in India. HR was very very humble person. Would like to get interviewed again. I love Tech Mahindra as a brand and it was always a dream to work for.
Interview process is smooth and proper setting of expectations were done. Feedback was good too and was provided on a timely manner. The questions asked are both technical and behavioral.

The interview was moderate and they have asked detailed about all the companies I have worked and related to different SAP MM scenarios in detail as well the the data upload using LTMC, S4 HANA experience with all the difference between GUI and S4HANA.
