It began with a brief HR screening followed by a technical round focused on basic business analysis concepts, workflow documentation, and data interpretation. Can you walk us through a time when you documented a workflow and used data to improve a process?
They took an informed interview. The interviewer was polite and calm. But had to wait a long time before the interview. Later they said that they will let me know about their decision but the never did. I was expecting a response from a big company like theirs.
the process had two online test : aptitude, technical , which are then followed by technical round , where your technical skills and communication skills are put to test and finally goes to the HR round .
