Few rounds of interview and quite focused in what they wanted out of the candidate. Very professionally conducted. Questions around background, experience, challenges, passion, team management, customer escalations, technology trends were asked.
The interview process was straight forward. Supposedly, the interview is a mix of technical and functional questions. However, the interview questions were mostly technical in nature and will really test your hands on knowledge and experience.
