Tech Mahindra Project Management Intern interview questions

They rejected my application as I had 3 years academic gap without even questioning or testing my skills or capabilities.Worst experience ever.They also have a minimum 3 years experience as default even for the entry level jobs or intern roles... how does that make sense.. and My age is 23 and female so they decides I will make a loss in the name of maternity leave and stuff.
