The interview process consists of three distinct stages:
1. Aptitude Assessment - Conducted as an online examination.
2. Technical Interview - An in-depth discussion of technical competencies.
3. Human Resources (Behavioral) Interview - An evaluation of behavioral attributes and cultural fit.
The interview process at Tech Mahindra was smooth and structured. It started with an online aptitude test, followed by a technical round focusing on data structures, algorithms, and Java programming. The final round was an HR interview to assess communication skills and cultural fit. Overall, the interviewers were friendly and supportive, and questions were relevant to the job role.
