Applied online. Process took about 4 weeks. 2 interviewers. It was more of a discussion, went through previous work experience and how it was relevant to the job. , good experience, very professional
Basic questions were asked based on previous experience and the C.V. There were questions on lifting analysis, proficiency in connection design, structural analysis, design philosophies, etc. The C.V. was the question paper to determine how honest the C.V. was prepared.
