This company is just as disorganized as the other reviews mentioned. Not worth your time! Firstly, I saw several different versions of job titles for the same position I was applying to: ghostwriters, content writer, content strategist, etc. Each time the job description is different. The next thing is that the HR that set up an interview call with me missed our appointment twice. The first time they did not show up, I emailed and called for reschedule., and have gotten a confirmation email from them. And yet they stood me up again. Twice without explanation nor follow-up email. That's indeed a very "innovative" way to treat candidates, with or without purpose.
