Worst! there were no process. Probably as a person they are nice and they are trying to move tings forward as soon as they could.
But rhe series of event unfolds such as Interview dates, appointments, Salary negotiation etc were ad-hoc, unorganized and unplanned to an extend some of the unethical words were used during salary negotiation.
one of the highly unorganised HR I have seen in my career. I wonder if HR is like this, how rest of the organisation would be!

The experience was terrible. I was rejected in the final HR round without any explanation and ghosted by the recruiter. Despite answering all questions well, I wasn't selected. It feels like the recruiter was only interested in getting me to attend the interview calls without any real intention of considering me for the role.
