I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Techolution
Interview
The technical interview was comprehensive, delving into several key areas. It began with questions about relevant projects I had worked on, requiring me to provide detailed explanations and insights into the objectives, methodologies, and outcomes of these projects. This was followed by a deep dive into fundamental and advanced concepts of deep learning, with a particular focus on convolutional neural networks (CNNs). I was asked to explain how CNNs work, their applications, and their importance in the field of artificial intelligence. The interview aimed to assess both my practical experience and my theoretical understanding of these critical concepts.
Went smooth, got screened 3 times.
Moderate to difficult level questions
Focused on Ai and projects.
Asked a few questions on DSA too.
Python basics were also asked along with Transformer architectures , LLMs ,Rag etc
Average, After 3 rounds, they ghosted me. After further follow ups, finally they revealed that my skillset is not matching roles and said to wait till then. Still they post hiring posts in linkedin as if they are fake hires
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Techolution (Hyderābād)
Interview
In the interview I was asked about the basics of Transformers, LLMs, Positional Encoding. I answered it well, but I personally felt my explaination wasn't as technical as it should've been. This is the second round of interview, after which there will be one final round. The first round was super easy, I got tested on basic python programming.
