Techstars Manager interview questions

I applied online. In two days they sent me a questionnaire, where they were also asking me to confirm that I accept a salary of $3000!!! The questionnaire took me some time to answer it, because were asking too many...then they asked me to prepare for them a draft business plan...which I did...then I had an interview...which was very useless...the guy didnt know the company...he is working...I asked him 3 questions and he couldnt answered one...and he finally hung up with a very rude way... I think they are not serious at all... I have a very bad impression from the whole process... I spent too much time to prepare all the questionnaires and essays they sent me, I had an interview with them, they said they will answer me in two days, and is being more than a month and they never send even an email!. Stay away from them. Time wasters with incapable people in the interview process.
