First interviewer was cold. Seemed annoyed and disbelieving of my qualifications and experience, but referred me to the next round to meet a leader and an executive following. The process took weeks. The 2nd interviewer spoke to me as if I already had the job and made me feel as if an offer was imminent. After almost four weeks, I was sent a decline email.
