Applied online and received a request to conduct a phone interview a few weeks later from an HR representative. Phone interview was mainly to go over my resume point by point with forced questions. Thought it went poorly but had a callback for an on-site interview. Met with 4 people (1 of whom blatantly said he didn't know why I was meeting with him and hadn't prepared anything). Employees seemed friendly but everyone emphasized that the company was extremely conservative. HR representative was very cold and read from her script instead of having a natural conversation. They did give the courtesy to call to say they found an applicant, but then the job was reposted a few days later.
