The recruiter was very sweet, she talked to me about a few open ML Engineering jobs and upon my request, put me through initial virtual interview with the hiring manager in a particular space, because of my passion and experience in that area. Besides being more than 5 minutes late the hiring manager was distracted throughout the meeting- either adjusting equipment or looking elsewhere while I was answering questions.
