Ghosted me. Twice. I talked with someone at the career fair and emailed them. Had a phone screen, then had an interview with a manager. The manager said they'd talk to the recruiter, but then . . . Nothing. For over two weeks. I had emailed a different recruiter at the same time I emailed the first, and they got back to me three or four weeks later. We set up a phone screen. Went through the same process. Promised they were going to talk to the manager id interviewed with and let me know next steps by the end of the day. It's been almost a week. I sent a follow up email. No reply. No call. Nothing. They are in an insane hiring phase, but that does not mean you are allowed to ghost people for a month. I'm very disappointed. I have accepted another offer somewhere else.
