I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Teladoc Health in Jun 2022
Interview
References were checked BEFORE the final panel interview. How is this professional? My references were basically burned since they put in hard work writing me glowing reviews and I wasn't even in the final stage. Initial call with recruiter who also gave me a SQL question. Second call with HM. Third call with another Data Scientist for a live Python & SQL challenge (very easy). Fourth step was a take-home that was time-limited to 2 hours, quite difficult. Fifth step was to make a presentation based on the take-home and do an 1-hour panel interview with the HM and 2 other people, but one of them was a no-show. Sixth step was to do a 30 min-interview with the person who was a no-show. Apparently they didn't like my presentation so I was scheduled for a SEVENTH step which was another panel interview with 4 people. After an exhausting 7-step interview, I was told that they're not hiring for this position anymore. And yes, they did the reference check after the fourth step. What a lovely process.

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Teladoc Health in Nov 2023
Interview
Long process, went through 4 interviews. First small SQL query to be sent in half an hour, then a 2h challenge, half SQL half use the tool you want to analyze some tables they sent. Then another interview with the data manager who asks you how would you explain stakeholders what is a p-value. Finally last stage a panel interview with 4 people where they never mention whatsoever anything about the data challenge, just ask you questions like 'how would you calculate the probability of a coin falling tails 3/3 tosses'. No assessment of actual skills, just questions out of the books on what the data analysts assume is skills on statistics. Very bad process and very disrespectful of the time you end up putting over a month of interviews and coding.

Question 1
Explain a p-value to stakeholders If you toss a coin what is the probability it will fall tails 2/3 tosses If you have 2 dices from 1-6, what is the probability of getting the sum 8 out of a throw Describe me a situation where you had to talk to stakeholders If we add a new feature on our product but its also at the same time as covid, how would you look at the data and distinguish if the increase in traffic on the platform is due to covid or due to the new feature?
In my case, a first interview with RRHH about your academic & work background, then they sent you a simple SQL exercise. There is another test then but with python.

Interview
1st inteview with HR 2nd SQL test, sent via email and to be sent back in 30 minutes 3rd business case. There were other 2 SQL queries + dataset to analyze using whatever tool I really apreciated that the process was fast, and they don't waste your time
