The interviewer started by highlighting the challenges of scheduling flexibility, setting a rigid tone from the beginning. Throughout the conversation, I struggled to express myself as the interviewer consistently talked over me, disrupting the flow of communication. The emphasis on the sheer volume of candidates and the impossibility of scheduling adjustments further contributed to a strange and impersonal atmosphere.
